If you will use the path with file "-flat.vmdk" will get an errorĬonvertTo-MvmcVirtualHardDisk : No suitable drive was found at path. Don't confuse it because you will have issues. When you type the ConvertTo-MvmcVirtualHardDiskcommand to start the conversion use the path of the disk with ".vmdk" extension.
